CMBS was formed in 2007 to be the international representation of two successful French companies - MBS, the largest provider of Media Buying tools in France, and Carthage, which develops and markets Media Planning tools.
We have offices in London and Paris with contacts in Brussels, Moscow and Singapore.
Independent, CMBS is not affiliated to any large advertising, media, research group or network. Its capital is held entirely by its founders and it relies on its own revenue generation for growth.
